Cancellation Policy
About Holiday Special: After Checkout, Louise will call you to schedule your massage. If you'd like to gift one of your massages to someone else, just tell Louise and she will contact them to schedule.

- All cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Example: If your appointment is at 2pm Wednesday, you must cancel before 2pm the day before, Tuesday, in order to receive a refund. If you cancel after 2pm Tuesday, you will not receive a refund.

Massage Perfected allows you to cancel service appointments up to 1 day before the start time. You must call to reschedule or cancel this appointment.
By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of $50 should you miss your visit without proper notification. 24 hr prior notification is mandatory.
