About Holiday Special: After Checkout, Louise will call you to schedule your massage. If you'd like to gift one of your massages to someone else, just tell Louise and she will contact them to schedule.

The culmination of almost 25 years of experience as a Massage Therapist and Occupational Therapist. The PERFECT MASSAGE is custom tailored to your unique body type and needs, designed to relieve pain from injuries, medical conditions, and general aches and pains. This is a THERAPEUTIC Massage, not the one-size-fits-all or trendy massages you might find at a spa. If you are in need of true healing and therapeutic pain relief, this is the massage for you.

The PERFECT MASSAGE is designed to provide therapeutic pain relief from medical conditions such as sciatica, carpal tunnel, migraines, injuries, surgery recovery, and more. It is also effective for general aches and pains, and to promote relaxation.
I believe in the power of Arnica. I have been using it for over 20 years as a pain reliever. Currently I use an arnica/olive oil infused shea butter. This mixture is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and is perfect for aging skin.

Methodology
My massage leaves clients "feeling worked, not worked over." Deep tissue? Not everyone can handle it, and most people don't need it. Only athletes need deep tissue. I have found that 90% of my clients are happy with a firm, intuitive Swedish massage.
